Please be aware that fraudsters are actively targeting attendees of conferences/events purporting to be affiliated with the event organisers and requesting personal information including credit/debit card details.  The fraud typically centres around offering hotel accommodation or travel, which is  described as either being in short supply or heavily discounted with an imminent deadline before the offer ends.

We want to assure you that HPM organisers do not share your details with any third parties and nor do we request third parties contact you for any purpose.  It is the responsibility of delegates to arrange travel and accommodation and HPM organisers request that delegates exercise caution if they are contacted in relation to a potential/confirmed booking.

It is our recommendation that you never provide personal information including credit/debit card details to any third party by phone or email; and we confirm that HPM organisers will never contact you and request this information from you by phone or email at any time.
